How our Special Order Process Usually works

We thought it would be worthwhile explaining why and how our Special Order system works.

There is such a huge variety of Zoppini charms and a charm bracelet is such a personal thing that holding stock of each and every charm is just not practical. Therefore we have analysed past purchases and hold a stock of the most popular charms. However, you are an individual and the charm that is going to bring a smile to your face every time you look at it is not necessarily going to mean anything to the next person.

Therefore we work very closely with Zoppini's official distributors in the UK and are proud to be one of the few websites they supply. This means we can offer a special order system. Anything that is marked Special Order on our website means we will order the item in directly from Zoppini so it will be shipped to us from Italy and then out to you.

Zoppini take orders from us every Friday and we usually have the charms in the United Kingdom by following Friday after that - we have a good processing system and can have the charms on the way to you via Special Delivery within a day or two.

We understand that this may mean up to 2 weeks for you to receive your charms - depending on what day of the week you placed your order. To keep improving, we will be expanding the amount of stock we hold as we continue to grow and we really appreciate your patience.
